Ensemble Kapsberger

Rolf Lislevand

Widely recognized as one of the world’s leading players of plucked string instruments, Rolf Lislevand has brought about something of a revolution in what was thought to be possible on the lute and the baroque guitar. Through a series of recordings with his Ensemble Kapsberger, many of which have won the highest acclaim and several prestigious awards of the baroque music recording industry, Rolf Lislevand has brought out new aspects of the richness of the Italian baroque repertoire to a large audience worldwide. He is coming to Trondheim with some of the musicians he works most closely with, to give a unique concert in the Great Hall of the Archbishop’s Palace.
